Sophos buys Secureworks for $859 million to beef up cybersecurity portfolio

Thoma Bravo-backed cybersecurity firm Sophos said on Monday it would acquire Secureworks from Dell Technologies for $859 million in cash to strengthen its product lineup for enterprise customers.
