Paul McCormack, Senior Legal Counsel on Global Data Privacy, Digital and Cyber at HSBC, reveals how organisations that don’t process much personal data will not be heavily impacted by GDPR.

However, almost all organisations will be monitored by GDPR in the same way that they are already by the UK Data Protection Act of 1998. No business will be exempt as such and if you are processing personal data, compliance is mandatory.
